Our concept is simple: we have turned pizza into something you share. We serve pizza by the metre, designed with couples, families, groups of friends and laid-back get-togethers in mind, made with a long-fermented dough that’s crisp on the outside and soft and full of flavour inside.

The super light dough is achieved through a meticulous process of treating all ingredients, including the water used for mixing, prior to preparation. Our pizza doughs are allowed to rest for a long time before reaching the table.
Our pizzas undergo a prolonged fermentation process, with a resting time of up to 96 hours, which is essential to the baking process.
