At Encanto Metros de Pizza, we have created pizzas that are two minute long.

The secret of our famous pizzas is our special recipe and our custom-made oven, which makes them crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside.

Homemade pizza dough

We use a blend of premium flours from Italy, and our dough rests for up to 96 hours before baking. Our special recipe is the secret to making our pizzas so light and delicious.

We make big pizzas to share with your friends and family. They’re light, tasty and made with the finest ingredients. At Encanto Metros de Pizza, you’ll find individual pizzas, as well as 50cm, 1-metre and 2-metre pizzas.

The secret to our pizza

The Encanto Metros de Pizza pizzas are crafted using a secret recipe that has been developed over years through experience, experimentation, and a dedication to achieving the perfect pizza by the metre.

The super light dough is achieved through a meticulous process of treating all ingredients, including the water used for mixing, prior to preparation. Our pizza doughs are allowed to rest for a long time before reaching the table.

Our pizzas undergo a prolonged fermentation process, with a resting time of up to 96 hours, which is essential to the baking process.
